Three organisations, three separate roles
Any future service involving prescription medication in the UK would involve more than one organisation. So you know exactly who would be responsible for what, here is the plain version:
Infinity Lab UK
Owns this website and app, runs the online intake questionnaire, and supports you through the process. Infinity Lab UK is not a healthcare provider and does not carry out clinical assessments, prescribe, or dispense medication.
Clinical partner
Would carry out any future clinical assessment and make the independent decision about whether treatment is appropriate. Regulator details must be confirmed before launch.
Pharmacy partner
Would dispense and deliver prescribed medication only if a future pathway is approved and partner details are confirmed.
Infinity Lab UK does not make clinical decisions. Partner names are shown as placeholders until appointed partners are confirmed and named here.
