If a clinical pathway opens, an appointed independent partner would carry out any assessment and make its own decision about what is appropriate.
Pharmacy fulfilment
Where appropriate and prescribed by a clinician, an appointed pharmacy partner would handle dispensing and delivery.
We will name any appointed clinical or pharmacy partners only once they are confirmed and their details have been independently checked.
