Infinity Lab UK is an online intake and support service. It is not an emergency service and clinical reviews are not immediate.

1. If you need urgent help

If you or someone else has a medical emergency, call 999 or go to your nearest A&E immediately. For urgent but non-emergency medical advice, call 111 or contact your GP. Do not wait for a response through this website or app.

2. Mental health crisis

If you are in crisis or having thoughts of harming yourself, call 999, go to A&E, or call Samaritans free at any time on 116 123. This service is not designed to support mental health emergencies.

3. Side effects and reactions

If you experience a severe or worsening reaction to any medication, seek emergency care immediately and, once safe, tell your prescribing clinician. You can also report suspected side effects of a medicine to the MHRA through the Yellow Card scheme.

4. What this service does not do

This service does not provide emergency triage, does not monitor messages in real time, and should not be relied on for any time-critical medical decision.
